Browsing data: the website’s IT systems collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of the request), used for technical and security purposes.

Data provided voluntarily: name, company, email, phone number and message content sent through the contact form or by email.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering requests for information and quotes – pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);
• Managing the contractual relationship with customers – performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b);
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c);
• Ensuring the security of the website – legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. Methods and retention

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures and kept for as long as necessary to handle the request; for customers, for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent statutory periods (usually 10 years for accounting records).

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors (hosting, cloud and email services, consultants), appointed pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disclosed to the public.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Where suppliers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
